Library Spaces Open August 16, 2021

The Library main Reading Room, Reference Room, and Stack Areas are open from Monday, August 16th 2021. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Regular hours will commence August 30, 2021. Access to the space is limited to those community members who have already been authorized for access to the Diamond building, and who comply with the Community Pledge, including mask wearing and adherence to social distancing requirements. While the Media Library remains closed, media materials (CDs and DVDs) are available upon request.
For the Juilliard community, JUILCAT, JUILCAT Plus, JMedia, and The Juilliard Manuscript Collection are available at all times. Most of our Juilcat Plus remote databases provide unlimited access to members of the Juilliard community, and they are all available for your use when off campus. Our growing collection of E-books includes titles from Ebscohost eBooks, JSTOR books and ProQuest Ebook Central, as well as subscription access to Cambridge Companions to Music, Oxford Handbooks Online, Drama Online, the Alexander Street Press Drama Texts Collection and The New Play Exchange. In addition, there are several E-score resources available, such as the the Music Online: Classical Scores Library, Library Music Source, A-R Editions Online Music Anthology, Recent Researches in Music Online (RRIMO), Henle Library (for iPad), and Newzik (Carl Fischer/Theodore Presser). There are also useful guides to free performing arts resources.
The Library is not open to Alumni or outside visitors at this time.
